sure u've heard the radio hits and club bangers off this album, or u went to the listening party last week or stole a listen from myspace or imeem, well if ur a TRUE fan, go pick up B's album 2day!!! Beyonce delivers soft, romantic, gentle ballads on "I Am" {I'm already loving Broken Hearted Girl, Ave Maria, and Disappeared} Sasha brings sass, spunk, and sex appeal on "Sasha Fierce" All in all, this cd covers glitZy, glAmy, and giRly! {it's B, what would u expect?!} go grab the album and we'll discuss it in depth lata!

so with the Inauguration coming soon {and this is a BIG one} people in the district are renting their homes/rooms/condos/apartments etc. for BIG BUCKS! {seriously one of the attorneys in my office is trying to sell his convenient hot spot for $11,000/week!} Check out craigslist-sublets temporary and u will find more of these postings {$400/night, $2500/room, all types of stuff} and there are def buyers and people looking bc hotel rooms are booked!! soooo if u live in or near DC and don't mind cashing in ur place for some cash in ur pockets, then check into it! give up ur spot, get some money, pay off ur credit card bills, or those student loans, OR simply go to the mall, splurge and get more glitzy glamy girly stuff- a few handbags, some new shoes! i can find a million and one ways to spend that cash!
